Editor's note: The regulations in this chapter, effective 1/1/96, were relocated from former 7 AAC 36 to this chapter as part of a reorganization of portions of the title. No change was made at that time to either the content or the numbering of the individual sections within the former chapter, other than to change their chapter number. The history line at the end of each section includes the section's history when a part of 7 AAC 36. Because the chapter relocation effective 1/1/96 did not effect any substantive changes in the regulations or alter the chapter's internal organization, that change is not reflected in the history lines for the sections.
