7 AAC 54.420. Disclosure in hearings not related to juvenile justice program

A division employee may not testify in a hearing that is not related to the operation of a juvenile justice program, regarding safeguarded information, except when a court, having been informed of the existence of the statutes and regulations prohibiting disclosure, orders the disclosure.
