7 AAC 54.205. Purpose

The purpose of the grievance procedure in 7 AAC 54.205 - 7 AAC 54.240 is to provide an informal dispute resolution process by which individuals and division staff involved in a dispute can voice their concerns and reach a fair resolution agreeable to all.
