AS 45.57.060. Injunctions.
When it appears to the department that a person has engaged or is about to engage in an act or practice in violation of
a provision of this chapter or an order under this chapter, it may bring an action in the superior court to enjoin the
acts or practices and to enforce compliance with this chapter or order under this chapter. The court may not require
the department to post a bond.
