AS 45.57.070. Criminal Penalties.
A person who wilfully violates a provision of this chapter, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not more than
$5,000, or by imprisonment for not more than three years, or by both. However, a person may not be imprisoned for the
violation of an order if the person proves that the person had no knowledge of the order. An indictment or information
may not be returned under this chapter more than five years after the alleged violation.
