AS 08.04.410. Inactive License For Person Not Engaged in Practice.

Notwithstanding AS 08.04.105 or 08.04.195, an individual holding a license who is not engaged in the practice of public accounting may maintain the license in good standing by notifying the board that the individual in inactive and paying the required fee.
