Display Screens

For more options and your convenience, Touch N' Go has been created with two different types of screen display. Either type of screen can be displayed at any time on any workstation using Touch N' Go. The Detailed Display Screen displays all users, their current status, and a remarks field, while the Mini Screen Display, with its smaller size, displays all users and their status, but shows the remarks field for only one user at a time.

Both screen options work in a similar fashion. If a user is out of the office, the background behind the user’s name appears red, indicating out of the office. If the user is in, the background appears green, indicating that they are in the office. If a user is in the office, but otherwise occupied or unavailable (for example, in a conference), the background of the user’s name will appear yellow.

A user may change their status using either screen, by clicking on the button following the user’s name (in the case of the Detailed Display Screen), or by clicking on the user’s name (in the case of the Mini Screen Display). When changing a user’s status from IN to IN* or to OUT a remarks window will appear, allowing the input of comments and remarks.
