18 AAC 90.010. Purpose and applicability

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to protect human health, safety, and welfare, animals, and the environment by ensuring the proper use, sale, distribution, and disposal of pesticides.

(b) This chapter applies to any person who uses, advises regarding use, manufactures, sells, distributes, formulates, stores, or disposes of pesticides.
