Section 200. Lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property

17 AAC 42.200. Lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property

(a) Except as otherwise provided in (b) and (c) of this section, 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 apply to a lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property.

(b) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to

(1) a commercial passenger vehicle permit under 17 AAC 42.095;

(2) a vehicle rental business permit under 17 AAC 42.100;

(3) a business activity permit under 17 AAC 42.105;

(4) a tiedown permit under 17 AAC 42.500 - 17 AAC 42.599 or 17 AAC 42.600 - 17 AAC 42.699;

(5) a transient aircraft parking permit under 17 AAC 42.035; or

(6) a first amendment activity permit under 17 AAC 42.800 - 17 AAC 42.840.

(c) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.205 - 17 AAC 42.210, 17 AAC 42.225 - 17 AAC 42.245, and 17 AAC 42.285 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to an agreement entered into under 17 AAC 42.040, except as may be otherwise provided in such an agreement.
