Section 110. Domestic violence protective order

13 AAC 68.110. Domestic violence protective order

(a) Within 24 hours of receipt of the order, an agency that receives a domestic violence protective order or an order modifying a domestic violence protective order, issued by or filed with a court, shall report to the repository

(1) identification of the agency that received the order;

(2) the date that the order was issued;

(3) identification of the court that issued the order;

(4) the court case number;

(5) personal descriptors of the petitioner and respondent named in the order;

(6) a description of the conditions of the order; and

(7) the date of expiration of the order.

(b) Within 24 hours after service, an agency that serves process involving a domestic violence protective order shall report the service to the repository. The report must include the information described in (a) of this section and the date and time that process was served.

(c) The department will retain information about a domestic violence protective order that has expired in a central registry of domestic violence protective orders in APSIN.
