Section 60. Temporary permit

13 AAC 25.060. Temporary permit

Pending the satisfaction of the department that the applicant for a license has met the requirements of 13 AAC 25.010 - 13 AAC 25.190, it will, in its discretion, issue a temporary permit to the person making the application. This permit allows the operation of a driver training school, or instructing student drivers or both, as specified on it, for a period not to exceed 60 days while the department is completing its investigation and determination of all facts relative to the issuance of the license. The permit is invalid when the license is issued or denied or at the expiration of 60 days from the date of issuance, whichever occurs first.
