11 AAC 84.920. Signatures

Each signature on the unit agreement must be notarized or attested by at least two witnesses. Corporate or other signatures made in a representative capacity must be accompanied by evidence of the authority of the signatory to act on behalf of the principal or by a reference to such evidence previously filed. The printed or typed name and address of each signatory to the unit agreement must be set out below the signature.
