7 AAC 80.090. Definitions for 7 AAC 80.010 - 7 AAC 80.090

In 7 AAC 80.010 - 7 AAC 80.090,

(1) repealed 8/19/98;

(2) "cost-per-unit expenditures" means the sum of the department's fiscal year 1992 and fiscal year 1993 expenditures for labor, travel, transportation, and consumables directly attributable to the inspection and testing of each type of radiological device divided by the number of those devices inspected or tested during those years;

(3) repealed 8/19/98;

(4) repealed 8/19/98;

(5) "family" means the household unit that is composed of the individual who is seeking a public health service and the individual's spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren living in the same household with the individual; in this paragraph, "same household," for an individual who is a dependent minor, means

(A) a household in which a legal custodian of the minor lives; and

(B) if the minor spends time in more than one household described in (A) of this paragraph, the household in which the minor spends the most time;

(6) repealed 8/19/98;

(7) repealed 8/19/98;

(8) "public health service" means a service provided by the department for which a fee is established under 7 AAC 80.010 - 7 AAC 80.090.
