7 AAC 49.190. Continuation of assistance

Except as otherwise specified in applicable federal regulations, a recipient of assistance other than General Relief, General Relief Medical, or Chronic and Acute Medical assistance who continues to satisfy all eligibility criteria other than those at issue in the hearing request will, upon filing that hearing request, have the assistance reinstated retroactively or continued until the date that the hearing authority's decision is rendered.
