Section 80. Time and place of hearing

7 AAC 49.080. Time and place of hearing

Within 10 days after the division receives a hearing request, and at least 15 days before the date the hearing is scheduled, unless the client agrees to a shorter time period, the division shall mail a notice to the client stating the time, date, and place of the hearing. The place must be one reasonably convenient to both the client and the division.
