Section 52. Request for lists of proposed projects

3 AAC 154.052. Request for lists of proposed projects

(a) Each fiscal year the department will request from each eligible municipality a written prioritized list of proposed capital projects for which the municipality requests a grant from an appropriation under AS 37.06.010 for the next fiscal year.

(b) Each fiscal year the department shall provide the following materials to each eligible municipality:

(1) a copy of the project selection criteria set out in 3 AAC 154.056;

(2) information and procedures specified in 3 AAC 154.054 for the submission of lists of capital projects;

(3) a form for listing proposed capital projects in priority order;

(4) a form or instructions for providing the information required under 2 AAC 47.054.
