Editor's note: As of Register 151 (October 1999), much of Title 19 of the Alaska Administrative Code was relocated by the regulations attorney under the authority of AS 44.62.125 (b)(6) to Title 3. Chapter 58, SLA 1999 transferred the functions of the former Department of Community and Regional Affairs to a new Department of Community and Economic Development, effective July 1, 1999.

Ch. 47, SLA 2004 changed the name of the department contained in this title. As of Register 171 (October 2004), the regulations attorney conformed the title to the name change.

As of July 31, 1992, Register 123, 19 AAC 10 was reorganized and the new organization is substantially different from what preceded it. Except for 19 AAC 10.045 - 19 AAC 10.060, the history notes do not reflect the history of section numbers or the subject matter of those sections before Register 123. Except for Article 2, each article has been rewritten in its entirety.

Publisher's note: Emergency regulations, if any, are placed in an appendix following the permanent regulations in each pamphlet of the Alaska Administrative Code.
