Section 90. Reconsideration and judicial review

3 AAC 150.090. Reconsideration and judicial review

A municipality aggrieved by a decision made under this chapter may request reconsideration by the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development, and must seek such reconsideration before seeking judicial review. A final decision of the department is subject to judicial review in accordance with Rule 602 of the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.

As of Register 171 (October 2004), the regulations attorney made technical revisions under AS\n 44.62.125(b)(6) to reflect the name change of the Department of Community and Economic Development to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development made by ch. 47, SLA 2004 and the corresponding title change of the commissioner of community and economic development.
