Section 140. Long-form application appeal procedure

3 AAC 134.140. Long-form application appeal procedure

An applicant may appeal a determination made under 3 AAC 134.130 to the commissioner. An appeal must be made in writing to the commissioner within 30 days after mailing of the notice of the determination to the applicant's address on record with the program. No later than 20 days after receipt of the appeal, the commissioner or the commissioner's designee will decide the appeal. Written notification of the decision will be mailed to the appealing applicant. This decision represents the final agency action on the appeal.
