Section 130. Evaluation of long-form application

3 AAC 134.130. Evaluation of long-form application

The department will evaluate a long-form application and make a determination on the amount of the significant effects claimed by each applicant that has submitted a long-form application. The department will mail to each applicant a notice of this determination no later than February 15 following submission of the application. A determination under this section may be appealed under 3 AAC 134.140.
