Section 395. Definitions

3 AAC 29.395. Definitions

In 3 AAC 29.380 - 3 AAC 29.395,

(1) "potentially eligible applicant" means a person who is 55 years of age or older and is identified on an application as an operator;

(2) "potentially eligible insured" means an insured person who has been identified to the insurer as being 55 years of age or older.
