(a) A supplemental illustration may be provided if:
(2) the non-guaranteed elements shown in the supplemental illustration are not more favorable to the policy owner than the corresponding non-guaranteed elements that are based on the scale used in the basic illustration;
(3) it contains the statement required under 3 AAC 28.820(a) (13) for a non-guaranteed element;
(4) the contract premium underlying the supplemental illustration is equal to the contract premium shown in the basic illustration, if the policy has a contract premium; and
(5) the premium outlay underlying the supplemental illustration is equal to the premium outlay shown in the basic illustration, if the policy does not require a contract premium.
(b) A supplemental illustration must include a notice referring to the basic illustration for guaranteed elements and other information.
