AS 47.17.023. Reports Regarding Child Pornography.
A person who, in the course of processing or producing visual or printed matter, either privately or commercially, has
reasonable cause to suspect that the matter visually depicts a child engaged in conduct described in AS 11.41.455
(a) shall immediately report this to the nearest law enforcement agency, and provide the law enforcement agency with
all information known about the nature and origin of the matter.
