AS 47.05.040. Consent to Conditions of Federal Programs.
In order to take advantage of the training grants provisions of 42 U.S.C. 301 - 1397f (Social Security Act), as
amended, the state, through the department, consents and agrees to all conditions required by federal statute and
regulation necessary for the state to participate fully in the training grants or other programs.
