AS 35.20.060. Sale of Obsolete Equipment and Material.
The department may sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of obsolete machinery, equipment, and material no longer
needed, required, or useful for construction or maintenance purposes. Money derived from the sale of the property shall
be credited to the fund from which the purchase was originally made.
