AS 28.20.480. Action On Bond.
If a judgment given against the principal on a bond is not satisfied within 30 days after it becomes final, the
judgment creditor may, for the use and benefit and at the sole expense of the judgment creditor, bring an action in the
name of the state against the company executing the bond.
