AS 28.20.340. Driving While License Cancelled, Suspended, or Revoked.
Upon receiving a record of the conviction of a person for driving a vehicle while the person's license was suspended,
the department shall immediately suspend the registration of every vehicle registered in the person's name until the
person gives proof of financial responsibility for the future for each vehicle registered in the person's name.
