AS 18.74.090. Contents of Certification. [Effective August 1, 2008]..

The certification required by AS 18.74.080 must provide the following information for each cigarette listed in the certification:

(1) the brand or trade name on the package;

(2) the style, such as "light" or "ultra-light";

(3) the length in millimeters;

(4) the circumference in millimeters;

(5) the flavor, if applicable;

(6) whether the cigarette is filtered or nonfiltered;

(7) a description of the package;

(8) the marking approved under AS 18.74.120 ;

(9) the name, address, and telephone number of the laboratory that conducted the test, if different than the manufacturer who conducted the test; and

(10) the date that the testing occurred.
