AS 18.56.220. Duty to Advise About Corporation's Programs.
The corporation shall make a reasonable effort, through seminars, training sessions, and other forms of technical
assistance, to assist local governments, regional housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, and other organizations
and individuals to understand the corporation's housing programs and the opportunities that exist to obtain financial
assistance from the corporation.
