AS 13.52.270. Applicability Provisions.

AS 13.52.170 - 13.52.280 apply to a document of gift, revocation, or refusal to make an anatomical gift signed by the donor or a person authorized to make or object to making an anatomical gift before, on, or after January 1, 2005.
