AS 04.16.040. Access of Drunken Persons to Licensed Premises.

(a) A drunken person may not knowingly enter or remain on premises licensed under this title.

(b) [Effective January 1, 2024.] A person who violates this section commits the offense of prohibited access by a drunken person.

(c) [Effective January 1, 2024.] Prohibited access by a drunken person is a violation.
