20 AAC 40.380. Civil rights of clients

(a) A grantee shall

(1) comply fully with 42 U.S.C. 2000d, as amended through October 24, 2004, and 42 U.S.C. 12101 - 42 U.S.C. 12213 (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990), as amended through October 24, 2004;

(2) inform and instruct staff members concerning obligations under the statutes referred to in (1) of this section; and

(3) upon request, make available to the authority information relating to the grantee's compliance with the statutes referred to in (1) of this section.
