20 AAC 15.105. General program requirements

The AlaskAdvantage loan program will be administered under AS 14.43.161 - 14.43.168, 20 U.S.C. 1001 - 1155 (Higher Education Act of 1965), 34 C.F.R. 600, 668, and 682, and published policies authorized by the secretary.
