20 AAC 05.796. Point system for the Northern Southeast herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery

The commission will award a maximum of 100 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Northern Southeast herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery. Applicants who commercially harvested herring spawn-on-kelp from the fishery over the 1990-1994 time period will be awarded points for the seasons in which they participated, as follows:
