Section 1946. Issuance of permit cards for salmon fisheries under

20 AAC 05.1946. Issuance of permit cards for salmon fisheries under

A person who holds two entry permits for the same salmon fishery

(1) shall annually renew both entry permits;

(2) will be issued only one permit card;

(3) may not

(A) engage in fishing with the second entry permit; or

(B) emergency transfer the second entry permit to another person.
