Section 400. Applicability

18 AAC 74.400. Applicability

The requirements of 18 AAC 74.410 - 18 AAC 74.450 apply to a

(1) Class A public water system that

(A) has fewer than 100 service connections;

(B) is used or intended for use by fewer than 500 individuals per day; and

(C) has been classified as a small, untreated or small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.450; and

(2) Class B public water system that uses a surface water source or a groundwater under the direct influence of surface water source.
