Section 363. Cancellation or postponement of request for proposals

17 AAC 45.363. Cancellation or postponement of request for proposals

The department will cancel or postpone a request for proposals if the department determines in writing that cancellation or postponement is in the best interest of the state. The department will give reasonable notice of the cancellation or postponement to all persons of record to whom the department provided a copy of the request for proposals.
