17 AAC 20.950. Materials adopted by reference

For purposes of this chapter, the following documents are adopted by reference:

(1) the Alaska Traffic Manual, 2003, consisting of the

(A) Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, including Errata No. 1 dated June 14, 2001 and Revision No. 1 dated December 28, 2001, issued by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration; and

(B) department's Alaska Traffic Manual Supplement, dated January 17, 2003;

(2) the department's publication Federal Aid Highways: Interstate, Primary, and Secondary Highways of Alaska, dated November 1, 2000;

(3) the Rental Rate Blue Book for Construction Equipment, Vol. 1, dated 2001, published by Intertec Publishing Corporation; the publication in this paragraph is adopted by reference for the sole purpose of determining equipment and vehicle costs for the removal of outdoor advertising located within or outside of highway rights-of-way under 17 AAC 20.012 and 17 AAC 20.013.
