17 AAC 20.010. Outdoor advertising. [Annulled; see editor's note.]

It shall be unlawful to place, erect, or maintain any outdoor advertising sign within the right-of-way of any highway or highway lands, nor shall any permit be issued for the placement or erection of the sign.
