The building energy efficiency standard (BEES) prepared by the Corporation, as amended November 17, 1993, is adopted by reference. The standard establishes criteria for a building's thermal envelope and other mandatory energy efficiency measures for a residential building subject to the requirements of AS 46.11.040 .
