Section 130. Period of use as senior housing

15 AAC 154.130. Period of use as senior housing

Any housing development assisted with grant funds under this section, shall record a covenant to run with the land that binds the use of the property as senior housing for a minimum of 30 years or the length of time required by an accompanying loan or grant program, whichever is the longest.
