Section 200. General provisions

15 AAC 150.200. General provisions

(a) Unless otherwise required by federal or state law or regulations, provisions of contracts to which the Corporation is a party or is otherwise bound, or the conditions of a grant, gift, bequest, cooperative agreement, or federal assistance agreement, 15 AAC 150.200 - 15 AAC 150.230 govern the administrative appeal of decisions of the Corporation.

(b) The Corporation will, in its discretion, adopt internal policies relating to the management of appeal procedures.
