11 AAC 114.300. Issues meeting; file maintenance

(a) As soon as practicable after a district identifies the district's intent to adopt or amend a district plan, the district shall hold at least one meeting with the office. The meeting may be held by teleconference. The district shall provide public notice of the meeting and identify the manner by which the public can participate in the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to identify issues that may or must be addressed in the district plan.

(b) The office shall create and maintain a record file containing all material relating to the development and approval of the district plan or an amendment to the district plan. The district shall forward all relevant material to the office for inclusion in the record file for the district plan.
