Section 120. Confidentiality of materials

11 AAC 99.120. Confidentiality of materials

(a) Every provision of law that provides for the confidentiality or inspection of public records that applies to the management of state land also applies to the management of trust land, unless its application is determined by the executive director in writing, on a case-by-case basis, to be inconsistent with 11 AAC 99.020.

(b) Material, including verbally transmitted information determined to be confidential by the executive director under (a) of this section, shall be made available to the trust authority upon request, subject to the requirement that the material will remain confidential after receipt.
