11 AAC 91.110. Public notice

Notice of intent to grant a variance or a conditional use permit must be sent to all property owners of record within one-quarter mile of the parcel for which the variance or conditional use permit is requested, or to the owners of the record of the nearest 50 parcels, whichever number is greater. If 10 percent of the owners object, the director shall hold a hearing to consider granting the variance or conditional use permit before he makes his decision.
