11 AAC 67.190. Retained interests in land. [Annulled; see editor's note.]

(a) Only the agricultural interest in land, as described in 11 AAC 67.162, may be conveyed under this chapter. All other interests in the land remain vested in the state unless subsequently disposed of under AS 38.05.069 (c). Any such disposal is subject to all other provisions of law, including AS 38.05.035 (e) and 38.05.945(c).

(b) The grantee shall allow the state, through its duly authorized representatives, to enter during reasonable business hours upon the land in which the agricultural development interest has been conveyed, for the purpose of inspection.
