8 AAC 90.198. Waiver of continuing education for electrician journeyman certificate of fitness

An applicant that is unable to obtain the required continuing education hours for an electrician journeyman certificate of fitness renewal may request a waiver by explaining the circumstances in writing to the director. If the director determines that the applicant was prevented from complying with the continuing education requirements by circumstances beyond the control of the applicant, the director will prescribe an alternative method of compliance with those requirements as it considers appropriate to the individual situation.
