8 AAC 70.025. Minimum electrical standards

(a) The 2002 Edition of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70-2002) adopted by the National Fire Protection Association on May 17, 2001 and approved by the American National Standards Institute on August 2, 2001 constitutes the minimum electrical code for the state and is adopted by reference.

(b) The 2002 Edition of the National Electrical Safety Code (ANSI C2-2002), approved by the American National Standards Institute on June 14, 2001, constitutes the minimum electrical safety standards of the state and is adopted by reference.
