8 AAC 15.905. Line haul truck driver recordkeeping requirements

(a) In addition to the records specified in 8 AAC 15.900, an employer of a line haul truck driver who has elected to pay overtime to drivers using an alternate rate of overtime pay calculated in accordance with AS 23.10.060 (d)(15) and 8 AAC 15.101, shall maintain records that substantiate that rate, including the

(1) basic rate of pay;

(2) rate of overtime pay;

(3) average hours used as a part of any formula to determine a rate of overtime pay; and

(4) source of data used to determine averages under 8 AAC 15.101.

(b) An employer shall provide the records required in (a) of this section to the department upon request.
