7 AAC 53.010. License required

To be eligible for foster care payments, including payments to relatives under 7 AAC 53.090, a foster parent must be licensed to

(1) operate a foster home in accordance with 7 AAC 50.005 - 7 AAC 50.990; or

(2) operate an assisted living home in accordance with 7 AAC 75.010 - 7 AAC 75.990.
